The thing is i dont know what type of laptop i want. i am looking for good ones, probably windows or macintosh, with good and high memory, powerpoint presentation. And obviously good for presentations and things like that. Basically it should be equipped with everything a student might need who has started Airtransport management. I have just sarted my college. Need some advise for buying a laptop?

for vista:
dual core 1.7 and up
2gb ram and up
80gb hard drive and up
should cost you around 500-650 if you shop around. get an HP or toshiba or compaq
for XP
dual core 1.7 and up
1gb ram and up
80gb hard drive and up
should cost 450-550 if you shop around but will be hard to get. best bet is find one at dell.
In all honesty, unless you're doing something like photoshop or something that requires a lot of high graphics, any laptop would do good for you.
Powerpoint is easy stuff, any computer nowadays can handle that easily.
what is your price range ? if your not gonna play games check this one out

do some research on laptops you are considering before you buy(duh)
hi dont pay too much attention to the brand name, look for dual core processor, either Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Turion 64 x2 which is a bit cheaper, also think of the weight, if you plan to travel a lot.
basic use dell asus
light gameing a school work dell or hp
college with design work mac all the way
