My partner moves lots during the night and keeps me awake, people say a foam mattress will cause less motion, please can someone advise, I need sleep!!!Could someone advise which is the best foam mattress to buy?
get yrself a memory foam mattress, need at least 6-10cm memory foam on top of latex. Expensive but sooo worth it! It moulds 2 yr body as it warms up and makes sleep so comfortable. Because it moulds 2 each person in the bed and is so comfy it means that u move around less in the night, and because no springs u not aware of other persons movements. Its like sleeping in lovely soft marshmallow! But not 2 soft as it supports u well without causing pressure points.Could someone advise which is the best foam mattress to buy?
