What is your best advise if you have a trainny at work that is so obnoxious to and everyone?

This lady is a mother of 3 and acts like a child. She points out people in class, disrupts conversations, and she is very excited to a point that its getting really bad. Or are you referring to training classes??





I'd point out the disruptions to the ';instructor'; or ';supervisor.';


If you happen to be the instructor or even hiring supervisor, I'd pull her aside and point out her disruptive behavior to her. If she persists and does not change her behavior, maybe she's not the right person for the job.
I am afraid my friend that I don't have the answer for this one, sorry.

Unless you are the trainer/supervisor, you don't do anything. It is for the trainer/supervisor to observe and act
Speak to your supervisor or the person who's running the class. Her bad behavior should not be stopping you from learning what you need to do your job well.
