Can anyone advise me on how i can create my own pictures on my computer?

for example would it be possible to get a picture of winnie the pooh and cut this to a background i have created? or are there photoshops that i could do this in? any recommendations?Can anyone advise me on how i can create my own pictures on my computer?
adobe photoshop ;D I'm 12 and i can use it it's easy =]. You probably have to buy the program but im sure you can do a free trail. If not that try jasc photoshop or w/e or

adobe photoshop: use quick mask, color the background, press Q, then ctr+J and backspace/delete i think. That deletes the background. good luck. if you need help contact me ;DCan anyone advise me on how i can create my own pictures on my computer?

I can recommend some good free drawing/paint programs for you but as to how to use them, that's another matter! You need to learn how to use layers,masks etc - hunt around for free tutorials, join forums would be my advice.
