Go to a friends computer / take a memory stick with you / go to the Microsoft site, and download the latest Internet Explorer, ( it comes with a Malicious Software Removal Tool attached. save the installer to the mem stick/ place the mem stick in your computer, and install the program.

This is just what I would do :)
Go to: www.ccleaner.com/ and download CCleaner. Once you download that and get it installed. Analyze and fix the problems on the cleaner tab and the registry tab.
Then if you don't have any antivirus you can go to: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-鈥?/a> and download and install avast. then run the boot scan that it prompts you for after you install it.

Also try this - run the Microsoft Malicious software Removal Tool
