I need some advise on how to start an entertainment business? just throwing party and stuff.?

i want to start throwing parties around my way, you know rent out a club/space and for a price provide the public with some hot music, food(occasionally) and safe place to party, get wild and have fun but i dont know how things will work on a state/federal level.I need some advise on how to start an entertainment business? just throwing party and stuff.?
You start by writing down everything that takes place in a few different type parties. You design a few packages based on number of people, type of party and is it a morning, noon late afternoon or evening party, stuff like that. Now what would you offer, keep it simple, call them custom parties, price it all accordingly. Now you need to know where to advertise, who can help you, a web site will help make sure it's an intranet type site. Now put a small business plan together and see if you need OPM (Other Peoples Money) or a few partners, open an LLC (Limited Liability company) and make your new partners members, you are the managing member, see an accountant.
