I am a USA citizen...i don't have a bank account, western union in India will not send money to USA, and Citibank branch here will not accept cash. Any advice? I don't know what a bank draft is either.Can anyone advise me on how to make a Bank Draft from India to Citicards in USA in USD?
IT is a check from your bank. They take money out of your account and make a check payable to whom you want to send it to. Almost the same as a cashiers check.
