Steroids or not, it takes a LOT of work to get a real muscular body. One cannot just take steroids, put in no gym time, and come out looking like a bodybuilder.
Steroids are not healthy, but that doesn't mean someone who uses them doesn't know anything about bodybuilding or fitness. MANY people are very knowledgeable about the right/best way to do something, but that doesn't mean they always choose that path for themselves.
Don't know why Obama would even consider body building at all.
