i weigh 55 and i have been like that for over five years,i need to be 60-65.thank you.Can u pliz advise mi on the best foods ican eat to gain some weight?

1. Eggs, as many and as often as you can. Hard boiled is better for you however fried is good too. (just not as good)
2. Meat, Chicken, Steak. Staw away from hamburgers and pork, while they do add weight they are bad for you in the long haul. It isnt good weight.
3. Eliminate starches and sugars, Drink water instead of soda.
4. Save your money, GNC powders potions and miracle cures dont work.Can u pliz advise mi on the best foods ican eat to gain some weight?
How old are you? That is seriously underweight if you have been like that for 5 years. Go see a doctor or nutritionist to advise a meal plan that will help you gain weight, but will not make you unhealthy or destroy your body.

Milk shakes
Tamales
Enchiladas
Burritos
Tacos
Basically mexican food....
Ummmm Burgers made with high fat meat
Cheese is a good gain food too
Bananas
Nuts, or trail mix
DO NOT eat fatty and fried foods..YOU STILL NEED TO BE HEALTHY....you can add some foods and desserts later on but DONT go crazy...youll get sick....try reading a book after you eat so the food can stay in you...but dont get too lazy..lol..
